Your available rewards are displayed in the My Rewards section of your account and are ready to use instantly once your account is created. Rewards are automatically added when you place an order, refer a friend, celebrate your birthday, or reach a new loyalty level.
You will move up a level once you reach the required number of points, which are earned based on the orders you place. Full details about each level can be found in the My Rewards section of your account.
You will remain at your current level until you meet the minimum order requirements to move up. VIP is our highest tier, and once achieved, your status is permanent – we never downgrade our customers.
If you decide to return or cancel an order, it will not contribute to your order total, and your current loyalty level will remain unchanged.
